Peterborough has excellent transport links, allowing all southern universities the opportunity to participate in SUDC 2010. Adjacent roads include the A1(M), A14 and A47, which provide swift access to the national road network. There are also frequent high-speed train services on the main East Coast rail line, which runs from London to Scotland. The Bushfield Sports Centre is the home to many local, regional and national sporting clubs and events.
