Demonstration Couple

I am excited to announce that the demonstration for SUDC 2010 will be given by

Ryan Hammond (South Africa) and Lindsey Muckle (England)

 

Ryan and Lindsey started dancing together as amateurs in 2004. Since then, they have turned Professional and currently compete for England. At the 2009 WDC World Professional Latin Championships, held in Blackpool, Ryan and Lindsey were one of only two couples selected to represent England, where they made the top 24. They have consistently made the Professional Latin finals at the British Closed Championships every year since 2007. In addition, they are the current British Showdance champions, having given a spectacular performance in November 2009 to easily take the title. 

Ryan and Lindsey both appeared in the South African version of Strictly Come Dancing during the 2007 and 2008 seasons. Lindsey won the competition in 2008 with her celebrity partner, actor Emmanuel Castis, beating comedian Trevor Noah and his partner Hayley Hammond (Ryan’s sister!)

I am sure that the Latin cabaret and Showdance demonstration that they have planned for SUDC 2010 will enthusiastically anticipated and received.
